Refund Policy
Once an order is successfully placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless required by applicable law. If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Customers are responsible for verifying all vehicle and personal details before submitting an order. Incorrect information may result in order rejection without a refund.

Cancellation Policy
Orders for number plates can be canceled only before production begins. Once manufacturing or personalization has started, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
Approved cancellations, if eligible, will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days. Any applicable processing or service charges may be deducted from the refund.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and personal details at the time of booking.
